Wallace Middle School students collected hundreds upon hundreds of canned food items in the weeks before Thanksgiving to support Waterbury families in need. Miss Blacker's sixth-grade homeroom collected more than 500 cans--more than any other homeroom--and won a pizza party to celebrate their generosity.
