Cross Country Team Runs to Raise Funds for Sweaters

The Wallace-Run-a-Thon was a success on Friday. All the runners completed at least two miles during the event. Jurrel Racine and Edgar Nieves ran over six miles without a break. Ruby Rodriguez and Ryan Wilson ran six miles before stopping due to a lack of time. Good job to all the runners.

Cross-Country Team Has a Great Season

Wallace's Cross-Country Team had a great year. The boys became the city champs on Friday, October 30, at the last meet of the season.

Cross Country Teams are off to a Great Start

Wallace's boys' cross country runners Jayson Matos, Michael Sarvis, Luis Gonzalez, Ezequiel Rodriguez, and Ekow Dadzie placed first, second, fourth, sixth, and seventh, respectively, at the Sept. 28 meet at West Side Middle School.

Wallace's girls' cross country runners Priscilla DiMichele, Gabriela Tejada, Thinthia Feliciano, Taysha Gonzalez, and Sharese Harris placed third, fourth, fifth, ninth, and tenth, respectively, at a home meet the same day.
